Terms & conditions

1. This is a Campus Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC)/e-Pay and would be only accepted at the listed stores and online at https://www.campusshoes.com/
2. The holder of the GV/GC/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC can be converted into e-Pay, at the convenience of the holder.
4. Multiple GV/GCs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
5. Only valid Campus GV/GC/e-Pay, at the sole discretion of Campus, shall be accepted for redemption.
6. The Campus e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7. The Campus e-Pay cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
8. Campus GV/GC/e-Pay cannot be revalidated once it expires.
9. The validity of the e-Pay shall match that of the GV from which it was converted.
10. Campus/CardAvenues or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/GC/e-Pay balance.
11. Campus GV/GC/e-Pay will be accepted across all mentioned outlets at its sole discretion. The brand reserves the right to add or remove outlets from the list without prior notice.
12. Campus makes full efforts to accept Campus GV/GC/e-Pay but technical or administrative reasons may lead to an outlet refusing to accept e-Pay.
13. Campus/CardAvenues/any of its partners shall not be liable to compensate for any outlet's inability to accept GV/GC/e-Pay. The customer would be liable to settle the bill.
14. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Campus GV/GC/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
15. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Campus GV/GC/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
16. Campus/CardAvenues may terminate or suspend Campus GV/GC/e-Pay if any fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.
17. Campus/CardAvenues reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Campus GV/e-Pay at any time.
