Gift cards are digital products. Once a gift card code is delivered to your account, it is generally non-refundable. Refunds are only processed in specific circumstances outlined below.

Eligible for Refund

  • Undelivered codes: If your gift card code was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Non-functional codes: If the gift card code is invalid, already used, or not recognized by the brand.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same order.
  • Wrong product: If you received a gift card for a brand different from what you ordered.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Gift cards that have already been redeemed or partially used.
  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago (unless the code was never delivered).
  • Change of mind or accidental purchase by the customer.
  • Brand-level issues such as store closures or brand policy changes after purchase.
  • Gift cards obtained through promotional offers or giveaways.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a request: Contact our support team within 7 days of discovering the issue. Include your order ID and a description of the problem.
  2. Investigation: We will verify the claim with the brand partner and check our delivery logs. This typically takes 3–5 business days.
  3. Resolution: If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of an order is affected (e.g., one code in a multi-brand order is invalid), we will issue a partial refund equal to the value of the affected item. Processing fees are non-refundable.
