Gift Card Purchases

  • All gift cards sold on CardAvenues are digital products delivered electronically.
  • Gift card codes are non-transferable once redeemed in your account.
  • We act as an intermediary reseller of gift cards from authorized brand partners.
  • The validity, terms of use, and redemption rules are governed by the respective brand.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

Delivery & Validity

  • Digital gift codes are delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment.
  • Delivery times may vary during high-traffic periods or maintenance windows.
  • The validity period of each gift card is determined by the issuing brand.
  • CardAvenues is not responsible for expired gift cards if not redeemed within validity.

Prohibited Uses

  • Purchasing gift cards for resale without prior written approval.
  • Using gift cards for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempting to manipulate or abuse promotional offers or discounts.
  • Sharing account credentials or allowing third-party access to your account.

Limitation of Liability

CardAvenues shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific gift card in question.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
