1.This is a Foxtale GV/GC that will be accepted on the website through this URL: https://foxtale.in/. It cannot be returned/refunded once issued.
2.The user with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
3.The GV/GC can be converted into e-Pay, as per convenience of the holder.
4.After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV/GC is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
5.Only valid Foxtale GV/GC at the sole discretion of Foxtale, shall be accepted for redemption.
6.The Foxtale e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
7.The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situation.
8.The GV/GC CANNOT be clubbed with ongoing discounts on the Foxtale website.
9.The Foxtale GV/e-pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
10.The Foxtale GV/GC can be used for eligible purchases of products and services at the Foxtale website.
11.The Foxtale/CardAvenues is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
12.Foxtale, CardAvenues, or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC
number, pin, or account credentials resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13.Foxtale GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Foxtale reserves the right to add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
14.In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of Foxtale GV/GC, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
15.Any dispute should be referred to the company from where Foxtale GV/GC has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
16.Foxtale/CardAvenues reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
