1. This is a French Accent GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted only on getfrenchaccent.com and it can be used for all purchases of products and services at the French Accent website.
2. The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the convenience of holder.
5. After conversion into e-Pay balance, it is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.

11. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
13. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
14. French Accent/CardAvenues reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
15. French Accent/CardAvenues is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
