- Gift card is activated once issued.
- Gift Cards shall be redeemable on the physical Retail Outlets.
- Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation / issuance.
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheque.
- Gift card is allowed for one time redemption only. Partial redemption of the Gift Card is not allowed and the balance will remain in Gift Card.
- No replacement or reimbursement will be provided for lost or expired e-Gift cards.
- Bearer is responsible if the e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
