2. The user with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the convenience of holder.

11. In case of a technical issue leading to the blockage of GV/e-Pay, it shall be reactivated within 72 hours.
13. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
14. Haute Sauce/CardAvenues reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
15. Haute Sauce/CardAvenues is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
