  • Voucher Issuance: Xoxoday will issue bike vouchers with predetermined monetary values. The actual bike purchase will be executed by the individual at their chosen dealership, adhering to the onroad rate established by the dealership. It's essential to note that the value stated on the voucher does not reflect the onroad price of the bike.
  • Color and Model Availability: Xoxoday cannot ensure the availability of specific colors or models, as these depend on the stock at the selected dealership.
  • Documentation Requirements: Customers must furnish their PAN Card and Aadhar card at the time of purchase, which will serve as the basis for the bike purchase. Name on the Aadhar should match the name submitted to Xoxoday to issue the Voucher.
  • Additional Payments: If the bike's value exceeds the voucher's value, customers must make the extra payment directly at the dealership.
  • Price Variation: OnRoad prices may fluctuate between different dealerships, and Xoxoday bears no responsibility for any changes in rates.
  • Refunds: In cases where the bike's value falls below the voucher's value, no refunds will be issued.
  • Non-Transferable and Non-Cancellable: These vouchers are non-transferrable, cannot be resold, and are non-cancellable.
  • Ownership and Location: The bike can only be purchased under the name submitted according to the Aadhar card details at the time of voucher purchase. Additionally, the bike can only be procured in the state or city specified in the Aadhar card address.
