  • 3.This voucher cannot be clubbed with redemption of Gold/Diamond Purchase Advance Schemes

  • 5.Valid Gift Card in its original form (Email/SMS) has to be presented at the time of availing a product/service. In case of a voucher transfer, details including voucher beneficiary name, sender's name, voucher's validity, and email confirmation from sender are essential to redeem the voucher.
  • 6. A maximum of 10 GV or GC can be applied to one bill for any denomination of Kalyan Jewellery vouchers
  • 7.Beneficiary of the voucher to produce a valid Government ID proof at the time of payment.
  • 8.In case of a gifted voucher, the customer at the outlet to produce an authorised email from the beneficiary at the time of billing.,alongside the issuer Photo ID.

  • 16.Any dispute related to the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.

  • 19.If an Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card get blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
