Lenskart Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions:
1. Redemption: This voucher will be applicable on all items listed for sale on lenskart.com /
mobile apps or available for sale at all company-authorized Lenskart stores including
eyeglasses, sunglasses, computer glasses, contact lenses (excluding Branded contact
lenses including but not limited to Bausch + Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Alcon, Freshlook,
and Acuvue) and accessories. The list of excluded brands may be updated by Lenskart
from time to time and should not be construed as promoting any particular brand.
2. Lenskart reserves the right to update the list of products for which gift cards may be used
without prior notice
3. Redemption Platforms: This voucher can be redeemed on www.lenskart.com / mobile
apps or at all company-authorized Lenskart stores or at Lenskart Home Try on services.
Gift Cards can’t be redeemed on contactskart.com.
4. Validity: The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
5. Partial Usage: No refund or credit note will be issued against unused or partially used
vouchers.
6. Technical Issues: If a voucher gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be usable only
after 72 hours.
7. Gift Card Container: Users can add multiple gift cards into a single balance container and
use the cumulative balance for their orders. This balance can be applied across one or
more transactions.
8. Order Cancellation: In case the order is canceled, the E-Gift Card amount will be
refunded to the original gift card container. Validity of the gift card will be based on the
date of issuance not on date of usage or refund.
9. Exceeding Value: If the order value exceeds the cumulative balance in the gift card
container, the balance must be paid via Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet
Banking/UPI/Cash on Delivery.
10. Remaining Balance: If the order value is less than the cumulative balance in the gift card
container, the remaining balance will reflect in the container and can be used for future
transactions until expiry.
11. Responsibility: Once the E-Gift Card has been issued, customers are responsible for
protecting the E-Gift Card PIN or number. Lenskart or its payment solution partners are
not liable for any misuse due to loss of confidential details, and no refunds will be issued
in such cases.
12. Changes to Terms: Lenskart reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the
E-Gift Card, including expiry and extensions
