2. The GV/GC can be redeemed against purchases of Gold, Diamond, and, Platinum including Gold Coin/Bar.
3. The person who has the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4. Multiple GV/GC (maximum 9) can be used in on single bill.
5. GV/GC cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. No refund/replacement/compensation is permissible for unused/expired/ misused /lost /mutilated/defaced GV/GC.
7. GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any ongoing/existing offers.
8. Malabar Gold Ltd. shall on a best-effort basis attempt to accept GV/GC but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Malabar Gold Ltd. GV may not get accepted on the store/website and shall have no liability for the same.
9. If GV/GC gets blocked on account of technical issue, it will get enabled within 72 hours. In case of transaction failures, after GV/GC is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same vouchers within 48 hours.
