1. This is a Malabar Jewellery GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) and will be accepted at all the participating stores in India and online at www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com. For the store list, visit https://www.malabargoldanddiamonds.com/in/pan-india/en/stores/store-list.html?country=India.
2. Malabar Gold Coin Vouchers: can be redeemed against the purchase of all products available at Malabar Gold & Diamonds outlets.
Malabar Gold & Diamonds Jewellery Vouchers: can be redeemed against the purchase of Gold/Diamond/Precious /Platinum/ Silver jewellery, excluding Gold & Silver Coin/Bar.
Malabar Diamonds Vouchers: can be redeemed against the purchase of Diamond & Platinum jewellery only.
3. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
5. The GV/GC may or may not be clubbed with any ongoing/existing offers. This may vary from campaign to campaign.
6. Multiple GV/GC (maximum 15) can be used against one bill.
7. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
8. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
9. Malabar Jewellery/CardAvenues reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
10. If a GV/GC gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will get enabled within 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after application, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same GV/GC within 48 hours.
11. Malabar Jewellery shall have no liability if the GV/GC is not accepted due to technical reasons or reasons beyond their control.
12. Malabar Jewellery may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
13. Malabar Jewellery/CardAvenues is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
