Terms & conditions

1. This is a Relaxo Footwear Ltd. GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted at the Relaxo Footwear’s Exclusive Retail outlet.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This is a One-Time Use GV/GC.
4. More than one GV/GC can be used in one bill.
5. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV/e-Pay for making payments before billing.
6. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
7. Relaxo Footwears Limited GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific blackout dates.
8. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the Relaxo Footwear Ltd stores.
9. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
10. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
11. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
12. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
13. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Relaxo Footwear Ltd. shall be accepted for redemption.
14. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
15. Relaxo Footwear Ltd./CardAvenues is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
16. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
17. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
18. Relaxo Footwear Ltd./CardAvenues reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
