Terms & conditions

1. This is not a credit card or a legal tender.
2. Gift Card needs to be presented to the cashier at the store before final billing of your purchase. Electronic Gift Cards can
be presented as a printout or the email received on your mobile phone be shown to the cashier. The Bar Code on the
printout should be clearly legible so that it can be scanned without any difficulty.
3. In case of customer bringing E-GV codes, it should be 16 digit with valid pin of 6 digit.
4. No partial redemption is allowed in any case for electronic gift cards
5. Upto 10 vouchers can be clubbed in single invoice.
6. Bearer is the owner of the E- gift card.
7. This electronic gift card is a single use gift card and cannot be re-used; any unutilised balance shall be forfeited by the
customer.
8. This electronic gift card is valid for a period of 1 year or less (as per terms set) from the date of issue of the e-gift card,
and would not be revalidated in any case. However, validity of E-GV may differ without prior notice based on corporate
deals.
9. Spencer’s is not responsible / liable for any loss to customer if the e- gift card is lost or stolen in any manner whatsoever;
if it is lost or stolen it can’t be blocked or re-issued.
10. This gift card is only an entitlement to credit to the extent of the loaded value of the Voucher at the time of the
purchase.
11. The load value of this e- gift card cannot be exchanged for cash in any manner whatsoever.
12. If purchase value exceeds the balance of the e gift card, the order balance must be paid with credit/debit card or cash at
the time of purchase.
13. No duplicate gift card will be issued in any case.
14. Spencer’s reserves the right to modify/amend the rules or associated benefits with this e- gift card without prior
intimation.

18. Gift Card value cannot be used to purchase a new gift card
