Validity & Expiry: The E-Gift Voucher is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance. Expired vouchers cannot be revalidated or refunded.
Redemption: The E-Gift Voucher can be redeemed only at The Wellness Co. centers.
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable:The E-Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.
Single-Use & Partial Redemption: The voucher can be used only once. If the purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid via other available payment methods. If the purchase value is lower, no refund or credit will be provided for the remaining balance.
Restrictions:The voucher cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers or for promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
Lost, Stolen, or Misused Vouchers:** The Wellness Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused vouchers. No replacement or compensation will be provided.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
